Jack: Three

As I did Millie's post I remembered that I never posted anything for number one. I wasn't going to post a lot of my kid's stuff, but hey they are a pretty big part of our lives.
In short, Jack is the sweetest, loving, intelligent, thoughtful little boy you will ever meet.
He had an incredible birthday. He had a fun time at the train station with all of his friends. I would post the cute CUTE pictures, but it is waaay to big of a hassle to get the a-okay from all the mamas. Then later that day we had all the family over. It rained again, as it always has on his birthday. Even the day we brought him home it was rainy. I promise one day we won't all have to scrunch in our house!
I could type until my fingertips were gone about Jack. He has exceeded every first child stereotype and smooshed it under his little size nine shoes. So I will reel myself in and type a few things that pop into my head about Jack. I may brag, but bare with me.....
  • He walked early, ten and a half months.
  • He didn't talk early, but at eighteen months he could speak better than most three year olds.
  • He loves to be read to and can complete puzzles like a whiz. Putting together an ABC puzzle. Done. A United States puzzle. Done. And that was at age two. We are about halfway to knowing and matching each state and its name.
  • He is helpful and listens pretty good for a three year old.
  • He loves every member of our family. And his best friends too. And their parents.
  • HE LOVES CARS and trains.
  • He is shy.
  • Everything isn't easy with this one though. He can be stubborn for sure. Potty training was torture (for me).

Those are a few things about our little old man. I could stare into his dimples for hours. Listen to him sing to himself for days. And watch his eyes light up when that light bulb goes off for a lifetime.

Jeff trying fondant. Ahahhaa.

Everyone watching Jeff.

Cheese.
