That is what I have felt for the past five weeks. I do feel that I have portrayed something much stronger with a "I am totally okay. What are you talking about?" kind of attitude. But none the less I have been a little out of commission.
So just to give you a quick fill in, I have only worked out two weeks out of the past almost three months. Not because I am a lazy turd, but because of all the random ailments I have had. Started off the new year with a three week sinus infection. Then felt good. Oh, here come the bronchitis a week before leaving to Hawaii. Z-Pak taken, thought I was in the clear except for a minor cough. Hawaii humidity compounded the cough, but I am strong like bear so I tried to be strong and not drive my other travelers too bananas. Came home with the crazy cough and sore ribs. I was put on a new antibiotic and cough syrup that comes straight from the mountain tops of heaven.
So I should be all fixed up right? Wrong! Cracked ribs are horr-i-ble! I will never look at a man being kicked in the ribs by a horse the same.....ever.....again. This hurts! Mind you I haven't hurt myself majorly other than breaking my collar bone in 12th grade powder puff football. Oh and birthing two children. Oh yeah, and one had a head the size of Jupiter. But this takes the cake. The "pathetic" part comes into play that I did this from coughing people. And that most people who do this are driving Chrysler Lebarons and have osteoporosis. I'm sure having little ones has made this harder than normal, but I have never been this uncomfortable or had pain like this ever. It is finally getting better thanks to the cough subsiding, but now its the hay fever. Which you WILL blackout when you sneeze.
