Beating a Dead House, I Mean Horse

So an update on the home front, literally. Big changes and big indecision going on around here. Surprised? Didn't think so.
With lots of nights full of heart to hearts and some filled with not a lot of talking at all, we have decided not to build a house. Let's say we are 99% not building a house because you know we Shupes need that 1%, obviously.
There were a few key factors to why building has ended up not being for us. First off, we are trying to grow our family and that is our main focus. No matter the house or where we are, we know that being a family is our passion. An existing house could possibly grant us more memories and experiences we may not otherwise have.
Next, we are savers, somewhat practical, conservative (monetarily speaking) type of people. Not that building would have been irrational or reckless, we would have come out just fine, we just didn't feel like it was the direction we needed to go right now. It would have been a beauty though!
And finally and quite honestly the most fun and exciting  part of the whole decision is the unknown. After  "the house" is found and we are settled, so many parts of our lives may change. More babies (fingers crossed), going back to school, new job opportunities, our lives could go any which way possible. And that is extremely scary and extremely exciting for us to think about.
As always, wish us luck. You never know what I will be posting next week!
